Marketing Manager MM

• MBA, Masters in Marketing or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years marketing experience, including 2 years online marketing
• Responsible for developing and implementing the strategic online marketing plan.
• Develop marketing initiatives to drive new business opportunities
• Compile and analyze site statistics to determine proper ROI is being met on search engine programs, marketing campaigns, and other promotional activities.

Sales Manager BDM

• Bachelors Degree, MBA Preferred
• Minimum 5 years sales experience, including 2 years in sales management, preferably in online sponsorship sales.
• Responsible for sales force recruiting and management, developing a formal internet sales training process and documentation.
• Responsible for insuring that overall online revenue objectives are met
• Ability to travel (Up to 15%).

• Minimum 3 years marketing experience, preferably online marketing
• Responsible for uncovering, assessing, developing, and executing on new market opportunities.
• Determine online advertising campaign requirements, identify current and future online customer service requirements, develop online campaign strategy, etc.

• Responsible for providing online advertising solutions to local and international businesses.
• Experience with cold calling, excellent communications and presentations skills, new business development, and account management.
• Ability to travel (Up to 15%).

• Minimum 5 years experience in Project Management.
• Strong leadership, management and team building skills
• Excellent project and time management skills
• Technical Experience in development, UNIX, UML, use cases, test cases, etc

Manage and develop a strong accountable Production Team

• Create data management, migration & maintenance

• Minimum 1 year (HTML, PHP, AJAX, SQL) development experience
• Must be a team player and strong, creative problem solver.
• Must possess the ability to work in a fast-based, dynamic environment.
• Develops and improves different web applications and web application modules.
• Apache/Linux/MySQL/PostgreSQL/Perl knowledge is a plus

Senior Quality Assurance SQA

• Minimum 5 years experience in Quality Assurance.
• Must be a team player and strong, creative problem solver. Must possess the ability to work in a fast-based, dynamic environment.
• Ability to do White box / Black box testing
• Knowledge in different testing environments that affects web applications (e.g. browsers), and ability to setup those different testing environments.
• Knowledge of different testing methodologies such as regression, Ad hoc, Agile, stress and different other tests, Knowledge of test automation, and scripting skills
• Excellent bug hunting skills, Excellent bug reporting, Excellent Test cases generator.

Quality Assurance QA

• Minimum 3 years experience in Quality Assurance.
• Must be a team player and strong, creative problem solver. Must possess the ability to work in a fast-based, dynamic environment.
• Ability to do White box / Black box testing
• Knowledge in different testing environments that affects web applications (e.g. browsers), and ability to setup those different testing environments.
• Knowledge of different testing methodologies such as regression, Ad hoc, Agile, stress and different other tests, Knowledge of test automation, and scripting skills

• Minimum 5 years experience as a Systems Administrator, including 3 years Linux/Unix systems administration.
• Responsible for the setup, configuration, and ongoing management of the Unix and Linux server infrastructure
• Linux administration (logs, users, firewall, packages, files, security and patches)
• Apache administration and MySQL administration
• Excellent command line skills (Bash, sh, ksh, etc …)
• Perl/PHP and PostgreSQL knowledge is a plus
• Samba configuration and administration
• Automation and Scheduling tasks
• Open Source / Free Software knowledge and ability to do whatever it takes to fix a problem, either by writing code, scripts, fixing bugs.
• Linux Certification is a plus.

Graphic Designer GRD
• Bachelors in graphic design-related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience, in graphic design or web design.
• Full Experience in using Designing tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Macromedia Flash.
• HTML- CSS – Web Development experience.
• Portfolio is a must to be evaluated upon.
