Canceling your SafePoint service is easily done. Simply send a message to support@ibspoint.com or contact us via our Online Contact Form and let us know when you would like to cancel. NOTE that before canceling your SafePoint service you should make alternative arrangements for the handling of the email being processed by your SafePoint system. This would include appropriate modifications to any MX records set up to route email to your SafePoint system in order to direct the email elsewhere for receiving and/or processing.
