I've lost my control panel/billing logins.

Portal Home > Knowledgebase > Control Panel (cPanel) > I've lost my control panel/billing logins.

1- If you have lost your user name or password for the Billing and support system. Just go to https://www.ibspoint.com/billing/pwreset.php to submit a request to have your password reset.

2- If you have lost your cPanel username and/or password; go to our support system at http://www.ibspoint.com/billing/ and login with your billing account, in the client area click on “my emails” in the support menue – There you will find all our emails to you including the welcome email which contains your cPanel username and password.

3- If you have changed your cPanel password and cannot remember it. You need to submit a support ticket to have it reset and a new password sent to you.
