Double opt-in requires that every person subscribing to a mailing list verify their email address by clicking on a link sent to them via email during the subscription process, RatePoint turns on double opt-in by default.
The control to disable this feature is not accessible from the RatePoint business center at this time. Please call or email support to request this feature be disabled for your account.
