Is it possible to upload email contacts from an Excel file?

Is it possible to upload email contacts from an Excel file? Our POS system imports them into an Excel file.

Absolutely. First you'll want to make sure the spreadsheet is saved as a CSV file (in the Save As window, Excel may call it comma-separated or comma-delimited).

Then you can import that under Contacts -> Import Contacts.
