Actually, when you send an email campaign through RatePoint, any email that is found to be undeliverable or that unsubscribes will be removed from your contacts list. These removed contacts can be seen for your reference under the "Contacts" tab, under "Undelivered Contacts" and "Unsubscribed Contacts," respectively.
Even if you import a list of contacts into RatePoint later, the system will automatically skip any previously unsubscribed or undelivered contacts. The only way for these removed contacts to be reinstated into your address book is for them to directly sign up again through your subscription page.
