What is the difference between “All Contacts” and “Contacts Used” ?

The "Contacts Used" statistic keeps track of the number of unique email addresses that have been in your RatePoint account in a given month. If a contact is imported, but the contact is then removed because it is invalid, has unsubscribed, or has been deleted, it will still register as a "Contact Used" until the date of your new monthly billing cycle.

As an example, a RatePoint member with a 5,000-contact RatePoint Plus package cannot email their entire contact list, delete the list and upload a different list of 5,000 contacts in the same month without upgrading to the 10,000-contact package.
