With RatePoint, there is no need to manage your bounced (undeliverable) contacts.
After a send, we remove all definitely-invalid emails from your address book, and relegate them to the "Undelivered Contacts" section. These contacts cannot be sent any more campaigns. There is no need to "delete" contacts from this section; they are fully removed from your active list and will no longer count toward your "Contacts Used" once the next billing month starts.
If a contact could be having a temporary error, such as "mailbox full," this will typically show up as a "soft bounce," and we'll keep retrying to reach them several times; we won't remove those from your address book.
