To customize your Email Address Subscription page, and all other related pages, go to:

> Emails
> Collect Emails
> Select the "Customize Subscription Pages" tab

On the "Customize Subscription Pages" you will find an expandable navigation menu on the left-hand side of the page. Select the "Contact Fields" option, which will allow you to customize the titles of the information fields you post on your website. You can choose the quantity and order of these data fields as well.

You also have the option of customizing all of your other pages related to collecting email addresses, including the "Subscription Thank You Page," "Permissions Page," "Permissions Thank You Page," and even the verification email.
