Is there any way when sending an email to send to Group A but exclude Group B out of that list?


There's no built-in way to do this in the recipients section on the fly, but there is a workaround you can easily do.

In the Contacts -> Manage Groups area, put a checkmark next to Group A, then click "Merge" and create a group named Group C, for example. (That's essentially just making a copy of the group.)

Then, click on the name of Group B. Click Select -> Select All Filtered Results, then click Group -> Remove All Selected from Groups, and click "Remove" next to Group C.

Thus, Group C is now simply members of Group A that are not in Group B.
