Absolutely. Under the "Emails" tab at the top, you can go to "Collect Emails." Then, click the "Customize Subscription Pages" tab along the top of that page. Several editing options will appear on the left side of your screen; "Notification Settings" is the bottom one. When you click that, you'll be able to choose how often (As it happens, Daily, Weekly, or Monthly) you want to receive emails notifying you of the new subscribers (and unsubscribers) to your newsletter. When you're done choosing your settings on this page, make sure the hit "Save and Publish" in the top right.
