Can I embed videos or sound clips in my email campaign?

We do not support this, embedded media like this drastically increases a campaign's chances of ending up in junk/spam folders.

However, lots of our clients will take a screenshot of a stopped YouTube video (with the "Play" button showing in the middle), so it looks like an embedded video, when in fact it's just a simple hyperlink to the actual YouTube page.
