Will I still get Campaign Reports if I send emails using the Simple Review Request?

You must use only HTML emails in order to take advantage of the reporting functions.

The Simple Review Request is a plain text email that was designed for the sole purpose of providing businesses with a way to proactively collect reviews and feedback from their customers. Plain text emails cannot be formatted with HTML or have images, and therefore do not have any tracking capabilities.

If you require Campaign Reports, simply select "Click here to create a custom review request"; this will change the plain text email into an HTML email and provide reports after it is sent. must use HTML emails in order to use any of the reporting functions
