This will happen if you try to link to anything other than a personal account. You can't type the login/password for a business page.

So, if you want to link to a business page, you must connect to the personal account which is an admin of the business page -- allow all the things it asks, and then inside RatePoint (under My Account -> Account Settings -> Facebook Settings) you can control exactly which page(s) your content publishes to.
