We'd love our RatePoint reviews to display in Google Maps, but none have shown up yet. How long does it normally take Google to index these reviews?

Typically reviews show up on Google Maps anywhere from 4 days to 4 weeks after being approved, but they don't always show up.

It's important to make sure that your address and business name in RatePoint (under My Account -> Business Profile -> Business Profile) exactly match whatever comes up for your business when you Google yourself on Google maps.

So, for instance you may want to change your RatePoint Profile form "4 NW Blvd." to "Northwest Boulevard 4" if that's the way Google Maps shows it. This can help their system identify/match the business. Remember that you can never be 100% sure what Google's going to do, but keep trying to get new reviews and they generally should start trickling in.
