How can I import our existing customer reviews on our own website into RatePoint?

We aim to be the most credible, authenticated third-party ratings system out there, so we don't support any importing of existing reviews; all reviews must come directly through our system and be fully authenticated.

However, because email marketing is also part of our platform, you can easily send an e-blast to your good clients that basically says "click here to leave us feedback" so that you can quickly get a good baseline of positive reviews.
