There can be several reasons for your RatePoint site seal not displaying properly. Please follow the basic checklist shown below to make sure your account has been set up properly and is ready to install the site seal code:
* Refresh your web browser. (F5 on a PC or Apple-R on a Mac)
* You must wait 10 -20 minutes for the server to update and have your site seal display properly.
* Has your website address been added and verified in your business center?
* Double-check for errors in the website address as shown in the Business Center.
* Be sure that the site seal code is copied and pasted EXACTLY as shown in your Business Center.If all of these steps have been done correctly, please contact our Customer Care center and the issue will be quickly resolved.
