es, just make sure each of your domains is recognized in your RatePoint account. You can go to "Tools," "Site Seals," and then type your domain(s) in the area labeled "Step 1: Add your website."

Please note: when you have several website URLs listed under the same membership account, the site seal pop-up page will display only the business profile information for the main business account. If you have multiple, separate websites would necessitate separate review profiles, you may want to look into a RatePoint Enterprise account, which allows managing up to 5 subunits separately.
