You may contact someone who has submitted a review for your business only if they have opted to share their contact information with you, which they are asked if they would like to do after submitting their review. The final step of the review process, the "Review Completed" step, will ask the reviewer if they would like to share their contact information with the business. If they select this option, you will have access to their contact information. However, if the reviewer chooses to remain anonymous, you will not have access to their contact information and will not be able to contact them.
NOTE: The exception to this rule is the dispute resolution process, where obviously you have the ability to communicate with the customer through the RatePoint platform.
