For the sake of authenticity and credibility, there is no way to edit or tamper with reviews that have been submitted through the RatePoint system. If there are spelling errors or grammatical errors in the review, you will have to contact the reviewer and ask them to re-submit the review. Only the original reviewer can correct the review or submit a new one.
