Positive reviews, which are either 3-, 4-, or 5-star reviews, by default need to be approved manually before they are publicly displayed. You can approve reviews by going into your Business Center, and going to the Reviews > Business Reviews section. Next to the review, select “Show,” and the review will now be displayed everywhere that your reviews are normally displayed.
Note: By default, you are notified by email when you receive a new review. You can opt to not be notified by email when you receive a new review by going to My Account > Account Options > Settings, and uncheck the box next to "Notify me by email when I receive new reviews." However, this means that you will have to log into your account periodically to see if you have new reviews, and this could cause you to lose valuable time displaying reviews to your new site visitors; as soon as a positive review is received, it should be approved and displayed immediately, as this review could be the deciding factor in whether a new site visitor to your website will make a purchase from you.
