Please be sure to check your spam / junk mail filter and make sure that RatePoint e-mails are not being sent there. In your e-mail program settings you can set the program to not mark these as spam.

In your Business Center, you should also check your "My Account --> Account Options --> Settings" page and make sure that you have "Notify me by email when I receive new reviews" checked.
