How can I send my recently delivered newsletter out to a new contact?

Actually, you can go to Emails -> Review Existing Campaigns:

Then click on the name of the campaign that you sent.

First you'll see the Campaign Dashboard, but you can actually just click the green Recipients tab above that. Then, click "Add Contacts or Groups," and then click the little link under the dotted-line rectangle that says "Click here to enter or paste individual recipients." Type or paste in your address(es) there, and then click "Save Recipients," as shown:

Then just hit Next and send it like you did before.
