Can I set it up so that my newsletter subscribers can get a 25% coupon or something like that?

Sure, there are 2 good ways to offer your new subscribers a coupon for signing up.

First of all, you could make an Autoresponder. This will make it so your new subscribers will automatically receive a certain campaign (or campaigns) upon signup. So, you'll make an email campaign, just like normal, then go to Emails -> Create an Autoresponder to set this up, as shown:

So, using the Autoresponder, people can get your coupon/incentive in their email automatically.

However, you could also just give them the coupon code on the webpage that they see after they confirm their subscription. When you get new subscribers, they are sent an email with a confirmation link to confirm their subscription. When they click that, they're taken to the "Subscription Confirmation Page."

You can customize this by going to Emails -> Email Subscription Widget and then clicking the Customize Subscription Widget toward the top of that page. Then you can choose Subscription Confirmation Page from the dropdown, and edit the Page Description, as shown:
