Can I put my logo at the top of my survey?

Yes, you can add your business logo to the top of your survey. First of all, to set your business logo, go to My Account -> Business Profile, and click on Photos.

There, you can upload your image, and set it as your logo. Now, you just have to go back into your survey and choose to display it.

Go to Surveys -> View/Manage Existing Surveys, and click on the name of your survey. Click "Edit Survey" along the left, and then the "Edit" tab, and check the box that says "Show Business Logo.
