Can I edit my survey after I've received responses?

You cannot edit an active survey's answer choices without losing all of your recipients' response data, because this data is directly linked to the questions you had asked.  You can, however, edit the text of the questions themselves.

Beyond that, if you want to make changes to an active survey, typically the best option is to go to "Surveys," "Create Survey," and choose to "Copy an Existing Survey."

This will make a fresh new copy of that survey, ready to be edited without fear of losing any data, and then you can point your future recipients to the copied survey.
