How do I view my survey results?

To view survey results

click on the "Survey" tab in the main navigation, then select the survey by clicking on its name, then click the "View Results" link on the left hand side on the screen.

RatePoint gives you the following three ways to access survey data.

Survey Summary Page - This page shows a summery of all survey results.

View All Responses - This area will allow you to page thru detailed results of each survey response.

Download All Responses - This link will allow you to download detailed survey results in HTML format.
