Facebook "tabs" are a tool only available for Facebook business pages (it is no longer a function of personal profiles). To put it on your page, first you'll need to link your RatePoint account to Facebook (help on that is here). This is where the "Testimonials" tab will show up:

Well, they're not really "tabs" so much anymore; they're just links in the left sidebar. This is how you add it:

1. While logged in, go to your own business page on Facebook. Then, click "Edit Page" as shown:

2. Click "Apps" along the left side of the page. Then click "Edit Settings" under the "Testimonials" app, and then choose to "Add" the tab, as shown:

3. Then just click "Okay." Or, if you want your tab to be named something other than "Testimonials," you can type in a different name, save, then click "Okay," as shown:

And you're good to go! Now when you go back to your business page, and click on the Testimonials tab, this is what you'll see:
