How to create a Distribution list for use with Outlook's "FROM" field?

You will need to create your Distribution list with Send as Permission:

Login to your online Control Panel via https://cp.ibspoint.com

Click on Hosted Organizations

Click your Domain Name

Click Distribution List from the Menu to the left of the screen and click on the User's Display name you would like to assign permission

Click the Permissions Tab and under 'Send As' click ADD

Select the User you would like to assign permission and click Add Account. Click Save Changes

To receive email for this distribution list you will need to add the user as a member.

Click Distribution List and Click the Distribution List you need to add your member

Click on the Add button to add the user that you granted Send As permission

Click Add Accounts and Save Changes
