How do I setup Outlook 2011 for Exchange 2010?

. Open Outlook 2011

2. Select the Tools menu, select Accounts then select the + sign, then Exchange in the lower left to add an account

3. Enter the following information:
email address: email address
Authentication method: Username and Password
Password: email password

4. Select Configure Automatically and Add Account

5. When prompted to allow this server to configure your settings, select
Always use my response for this server
Then select Allow

Close the account settings and the mailbox data will begin to synchronize.

Outlook 2011 settings:

Account page:
full name: First Last
email address: email address
authentication method: username and password
username: email address
password: email password

Advanced Button:
Microsoft Exchange tab
server: https://ex2010.myhostedservice.com/ews/exchange.asmx
override default port: blank
Use SSL to connect: select
download headers only: blank

Directory Service
all fields blank
