User Profile

The User Profile screen is where you can view and edit the account settings associated with your login account on the SafePoint system. Values associated with the login account such as the login password and contact email address can be modified via this screen.

Note that the “admin” default user password which was provided to you along with the setup information of your SafePoint system is a unique password to your SafePoint system alone and is a secure password so it is recommended that unless absolutely necessary you do not change this password.

Another reason for this would be that if you require technical support or other assistance with your SafePoint system our support people may need to log in to your system via the control panel. If you have changed the default setup password they may either have to request the new password from you or otherwise re-set the password to the default password in order to gain access to the system to provide any required assistance.
